No.10 of 2019 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.03.2019 passed in O.S. No.125 of 2007, on the file of the District Munsif, Dharapuram. 2. S.A.No.401 of 2024 is filed against the judgment and decree dated 11.07.2022 passed in A.S. No.10 of 2019 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, reversing the judgment and decree dated 29.03.2019 passed in O.S. No.125 of 2007, on the file of the District Munsif, Dharapuram. 3. With the consent of both the parties, the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. The Second Appeals in S.A. Nos.711 of 2023 and 401 of 2024 are disposed of in accordance with the settlement arrived at between the parties in the District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur.
