For the Opposite Party No. 2 : Mr. Zaid Imam, AC to SC-VII -----
03/18.04.2026 The present contempt petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties alleging wilful violation of the order dated 23.01.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 4116 of 2024.
2.
Mr. Zaid Imam, AC to SC-VII appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, submits that the opposite party no. 2 has passed the order as contained in memo no. 08 dated 03.01.2026 rejecting the petitioners’ application seeking no objection certificate with respect to the land in question. The opposite party no. 2 has also passed a consequential order as contained in memo no. 01 dated 05.01.2026 whereby the petitioners’ such application has formally been rejected.
