At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn this writ application in order to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority for considering of his case for promotion.
2. There is no objection on behalf of the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the concerned respondent for redressal of his grievance within 15 days.
If any such representation is filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid stipulated period, then the concerned respondent shall take a decision with regard to the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of four months.
