The present writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the action of respondents in trying to demolish the northern side wall of the petitioner’s tin shed house constructed in D.No.603, 491/A, situated at Shivalayam Streem, Piduguralla, Guntur District, without following the due process of law. 2. This Court, vide order dated 25.02.2016, granted an interim direction to respondent Municipality to follow the due procedure laid down by law in the event any action is proposed for removal/demolition of the unauthorized structures, if any, made by the petitioner. Thereafter, the present writ petition is listed today. 3. Recording the same, the present writ petition can be disposed off in terms of the interim direction passed by this Court on 25.02.2016 by directing the respondent Municipality to follow the due procedure laid down by law in the event any action is proposed for removal/demolition of the unauthorized structures, if any, made by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
