The amendment sought as contained in Para-7 of the application is with regard to the number of the impugned notification, which should read as Notification No. ERTS (E) 12/2026/28, dated 13.05.2026. 3. The State respondents have no objection to the prayer made by the petitioners/applicants. 4. This Court notes that though the application has been styled as an application for amendment, however, as it involves only a typographical correction, the same is considered as an application in the nature of Section 152 CPC.
