The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not extending the benefit of 62 years to the Petitioner on par with regular employees as per G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 31.01.2022 and relieved the Petitioner from service w.e.f. 30.06.2026 on attaining the age of 60 years, and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner died and requested to close the Writ Petition. 3.
