Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce all the relevant records relating to case of the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court for its kind perusal. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 Collector and Chairman, Swami Atmanand Utkrisht English Medium School, Sakti, to decide representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2023 and 09.12.2024 for appointment of petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher English in Swami Atmanand Utkrisht English Medium School, Baradwar, District Sakti (Annexure P/6). (iii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to give suitable compensation to the petitioner for the mental trauma and agony, harassment and hardships suffered by him as also cost of the litigation.” 3 / 3 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been shown to be appointed on contract basis in select list at serial number -3, however, even after availability of vacant posts, petitioner was not given appointment order against which petitioner submitted representation on 11.12.2023 which was not considered and decided and therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.3/Collector to take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, without entering into merits of claim of petitioner, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent No.3/Collector to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly. 5. Petitioner would be at liberty to submit fresh representation ventilating her grievance and if such representation is submitted, same shall also be considered and decided by the authority in accordance with law along with pending representation as observed above. 6.
