No.11923 of 2026 is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee. 2.This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioners for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.The petitioners seek for issuance of patta in their name for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. According to the petitioners, the Urban Land Ceiling proceedings earlier initiated against the erstwhile owners of the property has been quashed. According to the petitioners, an order passed by this court quashing the land ceiling proceedings has attained finality. Hence, according to the petitioners, there is no legal impediment for the respondents to issue patta for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioners. They have given a representation on 16.11.2024 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose.
