02/18.04.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No.05/2026, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that children amongst themselves were fighting while playing cricket and, thereafter, elders have also involved in that fight. He then submits that both the sides are agnates and injuries have also been received by both the sides.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and informant opposed the prayer and submit that the allegations of assault are there.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that the informant’s side has also filed anticipatory bail application, which is pending before this Court.

Considering that initially fight took place between the children and, thereafter, it was escalated and elders have also involved in the fight and there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received injuries and in that view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
7. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
