It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite attempt to serve the respondent no. 3, the respondent no. 3 refused to accept the same. The respondents are represented. It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that they have no objection if the respondent no.3 is directed to consider the representation in accordance with law. 2 In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent WBSEDCL, WPA 25852 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation dated 25.09.2025 in accordance with law and if necessary after giving a right of hearing to the petitioner. The above exercise is completed positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve a copy of the representation afresh on the respondent no. 3. Since no affidavit in opposition has been filed, the allegations contained in the writ petition are not admitted. Affidavit of Service filed by the petitioner be kept with the records.
