According to petitioners, they were initially engaged as Data Entry Operator, but their status was upgraded to that of Administrative Officer and Personal Officer, however now, by the impugned orders dated 8.4.2026 and 12.5.2026, their status is downgraded to Data Entry Operator, to which they were initially engaged. (3) Mr. Pankaj Chaturvedi, learned Counsel appearing for Jal Sansthan, however, submits that identical issue was dealt with by this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1383 of 2026. Thus he submits that this writ petition deserves to be dismissed in terms of the judgment rendered in that writ petition. (4) Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, however, submits that petitioners be permitted to represent the matter before the competent authority. (5) While declining to interfere in the matter, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach the competent authority by making representation.
