By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to government to sanction the scholarship for the duration of three years in stead of two years to the petitioner. 2. The petitioner claims that the similar student scholarship is granted to one Jay Bharat Choudhari for taking education in the P. G. Course (Art) in U. K for one year and subsequently he was again granted scholarship for Ph.D Course is of three years duration. 3. Learned AGP has placed on record copy of the representation dated 21.08.2026 submitted by the petitioner, which is filed on the same day on which the present petition is Narwade 2026:BHC-AUG:39552-DB *2* 909-wp-10812-2026 filed i.e., 17.08.2026. 4. Without going into the merits in the matter, we dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner in terms of the policy of the Government and in the light of the order passed by the Apex Court in Shivanandan C.
