CMP No. 8992 of 2026 By way of this application, a prayer has been made by the applicant for revival of the writ petition on the ground that the judgment, on the strength whereof, the writ petition was disposed of, stands reviewed. This Court is of the considered view that the writ petition cannot be allowed to be revived by passing any order in the present application and the better course open for the petitioner may be to seek review of the order passed in the writ petition.
