According to the petitioner, Ms.Chinna Kulanthai, died intestate on 10.07.1972, leaving behind four legal heirs viz., Ms.Manonmani, Ms.Arputham, Mr.Daniel and Mr.Gabriel. However, in Patta No.500, the names of Ms.Manonmani, Ms.Arputham, have been erroneously omitted and only the names of Mr.Daniel and Mr.Gabriel have been included. The petitioner has filed supporting documents in support of the said contentions. 3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 10.01.2026, seeking inclusion of the names of Ms.Manonmani and Ms.Arputham in Patta No.500 along with the names of Mr.Daniel and Mr.Gabriel, after giving due consideration of the supporting documents submitted by the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
