Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified. The petitioners 2 and 3 are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) jointly, to the credit of STC.No.4969/2021 on the file of XV MM, Egmore, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
