Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Mr. K.K.Harbola and Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, leaned counsel for the petitioner, after making brief submissions, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representation, filed by her on the administrative side in respect of the difficulties being faced by her on account of inquiry being held at a place far away from her place of attachment.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her representation. 1
