Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of higher scale of pay in light of the judgment delivered by the Hon’ble Special Bench in the matter of Utpal Kanti Karan (supra) at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 2 4.
