By way of this Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to decide his tribe claim as belonging to “Koli Mahadev” Scheduled Tribe. The tribe claim is submitted to the Scrutiny Committee on 23.12.2016. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to non-submission of the validity certificate, employer would not grant service benefit to the petitioner. 4. The learned AGP, on instructions submits that, the tribe claim of the petitioner will be decided within six months from the date 2026:BHC-AUG:24922-DB ( 2 ) 32 WRIT PETITION NO. 6171 OF 2026 of this order. 5. In view of the same, the Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the petitioner’s caste claim within six months from the date of this order. 6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
