Mr. Suman Chakraborty, learned counsel for the appellants submits that WPA 5884 of 2025 was filed praying for permission for “Dolyatra”. During pendency of such writ application, the said Dolyatra was over and the said writ petition rendered infructuous. However, the said Dolyatra takes place every year. Therefore, any question arising out of such Dolyatra may be permitted to be raised before appropriate forum. 2. The innocuous prayer is allowed.
