It has been submitted that there was no illegal detention. The detenu was arrested on 05.07.2026 and the arrest intimation was informed to the petitioner and also issued notices under Section 47 & 48 of BNSS. It has been submitted further that on 06.07.2026, the detenu was produced within 24 hours before the I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Narasaraopet and has been granted bail. 2. Sri J.Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that there was no illegal detention and detenu has also been released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through virtual mode submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
