This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Special NDPS Case No.14/2025 pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Karbi Anglong, Diphu. 3. Commercial quantity of narcotic drugs was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. No witness has been examined till now. 4. Let the learned trial court examine at least four witnesses. 5. After that, the petitioners shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for seeking regular bail. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands disposed of.
