10.02.2026 Sl. No. 55 g.b. Court No.15
W.P.A. 29874 of 2025
Mosarof Enterprise Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Hemanta Kr. Das Mr. Nepesh Majhi ……For the Petitioner Mr. Debobrata Banerjee Mr. Bikramjit Mandal …For the State It is the grievance of the petitioner that pursuant to a work order dated 12th March, 2025, issued by the Pradhan, Harua Gram Panchayat, the petitioner installed solar lights within the said Gram Panchayat area. However, his legitimate dues have allegedly not been paid. It appears that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 18th November, 2025, before the Block Development Officer, Suti-I Development Block, respondent no. 6, seeking payment of his legitimate dues. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said representation has not yet been considered. In view of the foregoing, this Court finds no justification to keep the writ petition pending.
Accordingly, WPA 29874 of 2025 stands
disposed of with a direction upon the Block Development Officer, Suti-I Development Block, respondent no. 6, to consider the petitioner’s representation and take necessary steps in accordance with law. If, upon such consideration, the petitioner’s grievance is found to be genuine, appropriate steps shall be taken for the release of his legitimate dues. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, WPA 29874 of 2025 stands
disposed of. ( Kausik Chanda, J.) 2
