By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No.712/2022 registered with the Police Station Neemrana, District Bhiwadi for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 323, 376(2)(n) and 506 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor on the basis of the factual report so furnished by the SHO Police Station Neemrana, District Kotputli-Behror submits that after investigation, the police has submitted that Final Report (Negative) on 29.08.2025 before the Court of Metropolitan Judicial Magistrate. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with the instant petition, hence, the same has become infructuous.
