1. The present Application has been filed in a disposed of Bail Application in which the Applicants were released on bail with the following conditions: -
“I. ….. II. Applicants Shaikh Rauf s/o Shaikh Yusuf (BA/1467/2026), Salim Qureshi s/o Shaikh Chand Qureshi (BA/1468/2026), Mohsin Ayyub Qureshi and Mohammad Sameer s/o Mohd. Sharif (BA/1410/2026), Mujeeb Ayyub Qureshi @ Mujahed Ayyub Qureshi and Shaikh Qayyum Ayyub Qureshi (BA/1413/2026), Wahid Sandu Patel (BA/1517/2026) and Kazi Kaleem Ahmed Kazi Mohd Sharif (BA/1372/2026) be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 161 of 2026, on executing Personal Bond of Rs. 15,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount, on the following conditions: [a] The applicants shall not tamper prosecution evidence. [b] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station thrice in every week i.e. on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and maintain personal diary of their attendance till committal of case and

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Clause No. II [b] of the said order directs the Applicants to attend the Police Station thrice in every week i.e. on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday till committal of the case and thereafter shall regularly attend each and every effective date before the Trial Court. 3. The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, the daughter of Applicant No. 2 is getting married on 9th September, 2026. The date of wedding and subsequent rituals are required to be performed and hence, few dates prior to the date of marriage and after the marriage, the Applicant may not be in a position to attend the Police Station. He, therefore, prefers this Application seeking relaxation of the said condition from attending the Police Station on 7th September, 2026, 9th September, 2026 and 12th September, 2026. 4. When the matter was mentioned, the request was made to the learned APP to obtain the report from the concerned Police Station as to whether they have any objection for granting such relaxation.
The report dated 03.09.2026 signed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, City Division, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, has been submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, in which, the Officer has
3 901APPLN35982026.odt mentioned ‘no objection’ for granting relaxation on 7th September, 2026 and 9th September, 2026. 5. Taking into consideration the averments made in the Application as well as the Report dated 3rd September, 2026 filed by the Prosecution, I am inclined to allow this Application and grant relaxation to the Applicants. Hence, the following order:-
ORDER [i] The Application stands allowed. [ii] The condition of attending Jinsi Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, on 7th September, 2026 and 9th September, 2026 and 12th September, 2026 imposed by order dated 3rd August, 2026 in Bail Application No. 1413 of 2026 stands temporarily relaxed. [iii] The Condition No. II[b] to the extent of the Applicants will resume post 12th September, 2026 and the Applicants should effect their attendance from Monday i.e. 14th September, 2026, as per the order. [iv] The Application stands disposed of.
