For the Respondents: Mr.Anup Rattan, Advocate General with Mr. Ramakant Sharma, Additional Advocate General. __________________________________________________________ Vivek Singh Thakur, Judge Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 23.04.2026, received from Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, whereby it has been communicated that one post of Principal at GSSS Dari, District Kangra, is going to fall vacant on 31.05.2026, upon superannuation of the incumbent posted there, whereas post going to fall vacant on 30.04.2026 in GSSS Bohar Kawalu, District Kangra has already been ordered to be filled by posting order dated 17.04.2026, in favour of one Sanjeev Verma, in anticipation. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:13181 CWP No. 4955 of 2026 2. It has been also communicated that in District Kangra, four posts of Principal are lying vacant in GSSS Fatehpur, G(G)SSS Gangath, GSSS Upper Lambagaon and GSSS Dhaliara and in case anyone of the aforesaid station is suitable to the petitioner, he may opt for that. 3. It has also been communicated that in case petitioner opts to be posted at GSSS Dari, District Kangra, then till the availability of vacancy, he shall be kept in DIET Kangra at Dharamshala, as already ordered. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner under instructions has opted for posting at DIET Kangra at Dharamshala, till availability of vacancy in GSSS Dari, District Kangra and, thereafter, at GSSS Dari, District Kangra. 5. In view of above, present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to adhere to the offer accepted by the petitioner, vide instructions dated 23.04.2026.
