By the present application, the applicant is seeking suspension of sentence awarded under the judgment and order dated 28/08/2025 passed in Sessions Case No. 351 of 2023 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur, whereby the appellant/accused is sentenced to suffer ten years rigorous imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 3. After hearing the matter for some time, this Court shown disinclination to enlarge the appellant / accused on bail and to suspend the sentence at this stage. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. 4.
