The petitioners filed this writ petition challenging the order passed under Section 14 of ‘the SARFAESI Act’, 2002, passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Hassan dated 24.12.2024 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.95 of 2024 vide Annexure-B. 2. The petitioners have an efficacious remedy, before the Debt Recovery Tribunal without exhausting the efficacious remedy, filed this writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to clear the entire outstanding dues and undertaken to clear the entire outstanding dues by 25.02.2026. As the petitioners have failed to clear the entire outstanding dues as per the undertaking given by the petitioners on 17.02.2026, in view of the same, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER i) The writ petition is dismissed. ii) Pending applications, stand disposed of accordingly.
