This is an application seeking modification / relaxation of condition no.[iii] imposed vide order dated 02.09.2026, which reads as under : “(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. and as and when called by the Investigating Officer.” 3. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is serving in Army and presently posted at Rajasthan, therefore, it is highly impossible for him to Rgd. 2026:BHC-NAG:11750 Order 040926appp2980.26 2 attend the police station on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. His prayer is to relax said condition. 3. I have also heard learned A.P.P. 4. It appears that the applicant is serving with Indian Army, and as was rightly pointed out by the applicant that it is very difficult for him to attend the police station on every Sunday. Considering the difficulty expressed by the applicant, I am inclined to delete said condition from the order dated 02.09.2026, meaning thereby, the applicant is not required to attend the concerned police station.
