By filing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner prays for extension of time granted in the order dated 18.12.2025 passed in Cr. M.P. No. 3055 of 2025, which has been filed for restoration of Cr. A. (DB) No. 122 of 2023, which was dismissed for reason that the defect was not removed within time. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Cr. A. (DB) No. 122 of 2023 has already been restored by this Court, however, time frame granted for removing the defects, i.e., filing of the limitation application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, has not yet been complied. He undertakes to file the said application today itself. 4. He is permitted to do so. 5. If the limitation application be filed by tomorrow, the Cr. A.
