The petitioner is claiming the benefit of judgment passed in CWP No.6284 of 2024, titled Dr. Hem Raj Sharma Versus Himachal Pradesh University and another, decided on 12.09.2025, on the ground that the petitioner is similarly situated. Learned Counsel for the respondent-University informed the Court that the University has assailed the said judgment and the same is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench.
