DATED : 04 th SEPTEMBER , 2026 . Heard. 2. This matter pertains to permission for celebrating Tanha Pola festival on 11/09/2026 in Pulgaon, Tahsil Deoli, District Wardha. 3. The request of the petitioner is pending and not yet finally decided in view of the report that there may be a law and order situation. 4. Now the petitioner has filed an affidavit stating that they are ready to celebrate Tanha Pola at some alternative place and if possible at the adjoining place. 6. In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that since the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are the authorities to take such decision, we revert the matter to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who will consider the request as put by the petitioner for alternate location by way of additional affidavit filed on record dated 03/09/2026. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take decision on the alternate proposal of the petitioner. 8.
