This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed at the instance of the petitioner for restoration of B.A. No. 12189 of 2025 to its original file. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that B.A. No. 12189 of 2025 was rejected as not pressed. It is next submitted that, the learned counsel on record Ms. Rashmi Kumar could not appear in this case; as inadvertently the Advocate’s Clerk could not mark the case in the cause list. It is next submitted that the petitioner has very good grounds to agitate in this bail application and unless B.A. No. 12189 of 2025 is restored to its original file, the petitioner will be highly prejudiced. Hence, it is submitted that the B.A. No. 12189 of 2025 be restored to its original file. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, B.A. No. 12189 of 2025 is restored to its original file to the stage at which, it was before its dismissal.
