Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, taking note of the fact that the sand was illegally taken from river, thereby damaging the river bed, affecting the ecology and water body, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.” 3. Now the petitioner has filed this second anticipatory bail petition without any change in circumstance, hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
