Writ Petition No. 208/2023 shall stand restored to its original number provided the order dated 13.12.2023 passed [2026:RJ-JP:16014] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-102/2024] therein is complied with and the aforesaid cost is deposited by the applicant/petitioner with the Mukhyamantri Vidyadaan Kosh through official Gyan Sankalp Portal, Government of Rajasthan within a period of four weeks from today failing which this order shall stand recalled and the criminal miscellaneous application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
