Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the accused petitioner as well as Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. This petition under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused-petitioner, namely, Sunni Devi, praying for grant of bail in connection with Bharalumukh P.S. Case No.16/2026 under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act. Page No.# 2/2 3. As per the allegation of the present petitioner was apprehended by the police on 12.02.2026 along with ganja weighting 20.11 kgs in total and she was remanded to custody on 13.02.2026. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. He further submits that though the penal provision pertaining to commercial quantity of ganja has been given but as per the order dated 13/02/2026, passed by the learned JMFC, Kamrup(M) who had conducted the sampling and certified the inventory, the total weight has been mentioned as 16.007 kgs of ganja and therefore, the contraband would fall under intermediate quantity. On the basis of the same premise, the petitioner was granted interim bail earlier on 08.04.2026. 5. The scanned TCR has been received and the Prosecution does not dispute that as per the inventory order, the weight of the ganja is 16.007 kg. 6. I peruse the endorsement from the scanned TCR as well. 7. In the given facts and circumstances, the interim bail granted vide order dated 08.04.2026 is hereby made absolute, subject to the same conditions. 8.
