By way of this application, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.537 of 2026 registered with Warora Police Station, District Chandrapur for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 316(5), 318(4), 336(3), 340(1) & (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 3. After perusal of the record it appears that the applicant had filed an application for grant of anticipatory bail before the District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Warora and since 05.05.2026 the same is pending. And his application for grant of ad- interim anticipatory bail has been rejected by the Court below by passing a one line order. The fact remains that the main application is pending before the Court of District Judge-1, Warora. It is further to be noted that despite filing an application for early disposal of the main application, the Trial Court has failed to decide the same. 4. Under such circumstances, I am not inclined to 2026:BHC-NAG:11377 2 11.aba.772.2026 entertain the present application since main petition for grant of anticipatory bail is pending. However, the District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Warora is hereby directed to decide the main application for anticipatory bail by 02.09.2026 as the same is pending since 05.05.2026, on its own merits. 5.
