Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that WP(C) No. 333 of 2026 be disposed of at this stage by an innocuous order by directing respondents to consider the representation dated 04.04.2026 (Annexure-A/4) submitted by the petitioner for revocation of his suspension and representation may be disposed of by directing the State respondent to consider the pending representation by a speaking order within a stipulated time. Even though the petitioner prays for setting aside the suspension order dated 29.09.2021, learned senior counsel submits that it will suffice if the writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to dispose of the pending representation. [3] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order with the limited prayer prayed for by the petitioner. [4] This Court has considered the materials on record and is of the view that the matter can be disposed of at this stage by directing respondent No. 3 to consider the pending representation dated 04.04.2026 by a speaking order within a stipulated period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. [5] It is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion on the merit of the cases. [6] Accordingly, WP(C) No. 333 of 2026 is disposed of. List WP(C) No. 188 of 2026 on 23.09.2026.
