JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: i) Quash the impugned order dated 16.07.2025 passed in M.A.No.100/2024 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, KGF, itinerary at Bangarpet as per Annexure-A. ii) Quash the impugned order dated 11.11.2024 passed in O.S.No.19/2024 on the file of II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Bangarpet, consequently allow the I.A.No.1 as per Annexure-B. 2. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, having regard to the fact that there are various contentious issues and disputed questions of law and fact that arise for - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9067 WP No. 31187 of 2025 consideration between the parties from the suit, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the Trial Court to dispose of the suit on merits as expeditiously as possible without being influenced by the findings and observations recorded in the orders passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. All rival contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept open and no opinion is expressed on the merits/de-merits of the rival contentions. 3.
