Page No.# 3/3 The present application has been filed praying for allowing the applicant to file an amended Causetitle in the pending COP(C)/11/2025. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that by Order dated 10.02.2026, this Court had directed the petitioner to file an amended Causetitle by amending the designation of the respondent no. 3 as Director and not Additional Director, Department of Rural Development and also to implead the respondent no. 4 by name and not by designation. Accordingly, the present application has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays that the petitioner may be allowed to amend the Causetitle in the COP(C)/11/2025 by amending the designation of respondent no. 3 as Director, Department of Rural Development and to implead the name of respondent no. 4, Shri Ebou Chang, Block Development Officer, RD Block Noksen, Tuensang, Nagaland. This Court has considered the prayer of the applicant and the application is thereby allowed. The applicant shall file the amended Causetitle within a period of one week from today and thereafter take steps for service on the respondent nos. 3 and 4.
