Also heard Mrs. S Sarma, learned Junior Government Advocate representing the respondent Nos. 2 and 4. 2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed for condonation of the delay of 21 days in filing the connected appeal against the judgment dated 06.01.2026 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No. 2294/2024. 3. Perused the averments made in the application. 4. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have no instruction to object the present application. 5. After going through the averments made at paragraph No. 8 of the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay of 21 days in preferring the appeal. 6. We, therefore, condone the delay. 7. The interlocutory Application stands disposed off. 8.
