It is submitted by Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam Page No.# 2/2 that the case has already been charge-sheeted, vide Charge-Sheet No. 65/2026 dated 08.05.2026. In that context, Mr. Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after obtaining the order of pre-arrest bail, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation of the case. As the case has already been charge-sheeted, the accused petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the learned Trial Court below with a regular bail application, which may be considered in accordance with law. However, till 15 (fifteen) days, the interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier may be extended, enabling him to appear before the learned Trial Court below.
