The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Deoghar Town P.S. Case No.504 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. He then submits that the petitioner has completed his graduation in the year 2023 from Deoghar College and presently he is working as a delivery boy at Meesho. He next submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 15 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that the petitioner’s name has come on the confessional statement and it has been pointed out that the petitioner has completed his ( 2026:JHHC:10516 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 1245 of 2026 graduation in the year 2023 from Deoghar College and presently he is working as a delivery boy at Meesho and he is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 15 of this application and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
