Issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner challenges the impugned notice dated 27.07.2026 issued by the third respondent. The impugned notice pertains to S.No.236/4, Maruthuvakudi Village, Aduthurai Town Panchayat. The petitioner admits that what was purchased by him is comprised only in S.No.444/7. 3.Our attention was drawn to the proceedings dated 13.12.2023 issued by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Thiruvidaimaruthura. It is seen therefrom that S.No.444/7 is a patta land. We make it clear that while enforcing the impugned order dated 27.07.2026, the petitioner's patta land comprising in S.No.444/7 shall not be touched. If the petitioner's patta lands are touched, it is for the authorities to face the consequences thereafter. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
