10-MCA-589-2026.odt 1 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY, NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 589 OF 2026 (For Review) in WRIT PETITION NO.2946 OF 2026(D) Gourav Balwantrao Onkar vs. Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, and others. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Court's or Judge's Order Coram, appearances, Court's Orders or directions and Registrar's order ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. Sunil D. Deshpande, Advocate for petitioner/applicant. CORAM :- ANIL S. KILOR and RAJNISH R. VYAS, JJ. DATE :- 4th SEPTEMBER, 2026. Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. 2. A prayer is to review/recall the order dated 11.08.2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2946 of 2026. 3. Memo of review application shows that it is contended by the respondents that although the experience certificate submitted by the applicant reveals satisfactory completion of the requisite work and it was signed by the competent authority of MSEDCL, the said certificate was not taken into consideration. He submits that other documents which are already produced on record would have changed the fate of his case. 4. At the outset, it is necessary to mention here that the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that production of the documents would be a ground for review the order passed in the petition. Nothing has been pointed out to our notice which document is subsequently procured. 2026:BHC-NAG:11702-DB 10-MCA-589-2026.odt 2 5. As regards experience certificate is concerned, this Court has already dealt with the aforesaid fact and has observed that the experience certificate was not issued in favour of the petitioner. 6. In that view of the matter, we do not find any mistake apparent on the face of record. Accordingly the misc. civil application (review) is dismissed with costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two thousand) to be deposited in the office of High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur, within a period of two weeks from today. ( RAJNISH R. VYAS, J.) (ANIL S. KILOR, J.) Andurkar.
