COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1216 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st appellant, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st appellant, and to bring on record petitioners 4 and 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant and rank them as appellants 4 and 5 in A.S.(MD)No.84 of 2020 on the file of this Court.
