These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 111 days each in filing the Writ Appeals. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that the petitioner is taking Ayurvedic treatment for her neurological problem and could not contact the counsel to give necessary instructions for filing the appeals. Hence, there has been a delay. 3.Notice had been directed, and notice was served. The learned counsels entered appearance for the respondents. 4. Taking into consideration the limited scope of these petitions, which are only to condone the delay in filing the appeal, and being satisfied with the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned and these petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order. When the matter is listed for admission, the names of the learned counsels who appeared for the respondents shall be printed in the cause list.
