2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought in the writ petition has become infructuous, as the festival was scheduled to take place on 02.08.2026 and
03.08.2026.
3. Since no function was carried out, the prayer sought in the petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
