2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police.
3. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.14036 of 2026 dated 17.07.2026 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8991 of 2026 dated 10.06.2026 and issue a fresh order copy.
