It could be seen from the records that the third respondent has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner on 29.07.2026 and CSR has been registered in CSR No.506 of 2026. As per the said complaint, it is alleged that the husband of the third respondent said to have executed a sale deed in favour of the petitioner as a security for the loan borrowed and since the loan amount has been returned, the third respondent insisting for cancellation of the said sale deed. 3.
