This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.9240 of 2024 in C.C.No.956 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level–II, Coimbatore, dated 26.09.2025. 2. Despite the names of the respondents being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents. 3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay. 4.
